About Ebony
My name is Ebony Butler and I help career-driven women, women of color, and inclusive leaders and allies effectively navigate corporate spaces. I have led people and teams in corporate spaces for over 20 years and have learned from my failures, challenges which led to great wins, and accomplishments.
I also serve as a business coach when working with executive-level leaders. I challenge them to rethink traditional ways to engage and drive results by helping them to consider more inclusive and equitable approaches that align with our modern-day workforce, so everyone feels compelled and empowered to thrive in corporate spaces.
I partner with leaders from varying industries and have realized the common ingredient to connect with employees and drive and sustain maximize performance is AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP.
